Post subject: 256Mb ram for AX6BC

I have some problem in understanding just what type of ram will work and need some help in clarifying it.
I know that 256Mb pc 100 16*8 will work, but I've read somewhere that 16*32 will also work... Any ideas?
And I would like suggestions on manufacturers also.
