Its your memory... any ram that requires more than 1.8 volts is problematic
to boot..
I had the same issue... I bought that OCZ Camoflage Ram... I think it is
1.9v... I finally got the MB to boot with one stick installed, then I upped
the RAM voltage in bios to 1.95v.., then installed the other stickof RAM.
It works like a champ now.
