A8V Deluxe Linux X Windows problem with BIOS 1011

Hello,

after updating to BIOS 1011 I experienced strange problems with my X
Windows system running on Debian Sarge GNU/Linux. After starting X the
screen just stayed black.

Reverting to BIOS 1009 fixes most of the problems (it's stable most of
the time

I am using an Asus A8V Deluxe board with a Asus X Series V9520 nVidia
GeForce FX 5200 graphics card and the nVidia 7174 Linux driver (32
Bit).

Any ideas?
