Archived from groups: alt>comp>periphs>mainboard>aopen (more info?)

As the topic states, I have an AK73(Pro) A board with the Via133
chipset. I have been trying to figure out what is the highest chip
that the board supports. I looked at the CPU Support list page on the
Aopen website, and it lists Athlon XP's but then says they are
technically supported but worked in the test lab. By design and
default what is the highest AMD Processor that it will support?
Currently i have an AMD Duron 900Mhz in there and am trying to do some
upgrading without spending the cash for a new system.
