Hi all,

I recently upgraded to AK77-8x Max mobo, Athlon 2500+ cpu (Barton), 512mb
DDR ram and GeforceFX 5900 graphics card.

Problem is, at startup pc did not recognise cpu type, so I upgraded BIOS
...... and now the AGP seems to be locked at 4x in the BIOS, and I can not
find a setting to change it to 8x.

However, in Windows XP, right click on desktop -> Display Properties .....
through to GeForce FX 5900 tab, under Adapter Information it lists the bus
as AGP 8x and the memory as 128MB. Is this what it is ACTUALLY running at,
or what the video card thinks it is doing, or something else.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks.

Damo
