Yeah, play the waiting game. Wait until the 64 bit version of Windows ships
later this year and the new boards based on the new socket for Prescott are
released. Then, check out the online reviews, most notably Tom's Hardware,
and see what happens. AMD64 is in its infancy and the 64 bit Windows is
going to make all the difference in the world. Also, Prescott will ship
with 64 bit extensions, but won't be enabled until the Grantsdale boards
ship with the new socket. However, if you plan to use Intel chipset boards,
be aware that they're ditching the AGP slot in favor of PCI Express.
Therefore, if you plan to keep your existing video card, either look at
something from VIA or SiS, or go AMD.
