AN19E MAJOR probs! Help

Hi Guys,
We are now on our second fic motherboard. At this point we aint
happy and need help badly.
Both motherboards have done the same thing. We thought that it was
the first motherboard and we couldnt find the receipt. So, we went and
bought another....DUH. After installing the motherboards they boot up
fine. Then after about 5 minutes it started shutting down and giving
the 'warning beeps'. Installed the second one and BOOM! Same thing.
Now it wont even boot up so we can get in the bios. The second it
starts to boot up it then goes into the beep beep beep mode. I am
ready to stangle the husband cause HE bought the mb's. Since I dont
have life insurance on him yet, I am begging you guys to help him out
and save his hide and tell us whaasssup with this darn mb!!!!

hi,
i'm a newbee myself and i got same problem but figured out
that i didn't plug the cpu fan , duh...
since then it works like a charm!
