AN35N hangs at POST code C3

Hi!

Got an AN35N Ultra 400 mainboard (an35s00r bios) with 2x256 Kingmax
PC3200 DDRAM. The system worked fine @ FSB 400. I tried to increase
the FSB and it also ran stable @450. but at 460MHz, and 2.7 memory
voltage, the system won't boot anymore. Tried resetting the CMOS,
powerd on the computer holding INS pressed, changed the memory..
nothing! Also got a PCI card that shows POST codes, and it locks on
C3.. Anyone had a similar problem.. anything i can do?

I once had a situation where the clear CMOS didn't work but I took the
battery out of the MB for about an hour, and it did then clear. Doesn't
sound good, but its worth a shot.
