Hello, I am experiencing a problem with ASUS A7V600 motherboard. I am trying
to boot from the onboard ethernet (3com 940) using MBA. When I select MBA as
the boot device then the onboard SATA controller is not detected by the
board. I don't see the controller's info screen listing all my drives and of
course the drives are not detected. If I change the boot device to anything
else than MBA then the SATA controller is detected and the disks are
available. I have desiabled PnP OS just in case. Any clues about what may
cause the problem ?

George
