AV8 memory installed in 1&3 by vendor

IBUYPOWER installed my 2 Kingston 512MB KVR400X64C3A memory sticks in DIMM sots
1 and 3 which is often typical. Howwever, my reading of the ABIT MB Manual
indicates that for dual channel to work on the AV8, the pairs go in 1 & 2 or 3
& 4. This is a AMD Athlon 63 3200+. the 1&2 slots are blue and 3&4 are
purple.

Did the vendor install this in a single channel configuration and can I just
move them to 1 & 3 and reboot?
