Q: Abit ATI Radeon 9800XT Opinions

Hi,

A reputable retailer here in Sydney is selling an Abit ATI Radeon 9800XT.

These cards are advertised as OEM cards with no software or vouchers for
Halflife and are about AUD$150 cheaper than other 9800XT cards.

Ive had a look on ABIT's site and searched on Google and found no details of
this card.

Can anyone provide opinions on this card?

Hi,
my opinion is, um how much does it cost? I think the Wise-Man *Wouldn't* be
buying a 9800XT right now, not unless he had no desire to upgrade for at
least 2-3 years anyway.

Best Buy at the moment is:

Radeon 9600Pro
Radeon 9600XT

Radeon 9800
Radeon 9800Pro

The 98xx range are all *nearly* the same AFAIK, just the XT range are
clocked a bit higher. I seen people with a overclocked 9800 beat 9800XT
owners in FPS. . .
