Alt+C Taken over by Cat (again)

Hi,

Someone posted this back in April but I am not sure if it was
resolved.

My Cat install stole my alt c combo which I use for a Polish
character. I have disabled it in the Cat hotkey part but Windows has
not given it back to me and now it does nothing.

Any ideas?

I bet if you Start>Run>msconfig and disable the ATI hot key service that it
would be fixed.
