Is the the CPU FSB or the memory clock - if you are runnung an Athlon
Thunderbird "C" 1333 with DDR266 on an Nforce2, then the FSB and RAM
should be at 133 synchronous (1:1).
Is ther a FSB lock jumper on the motherboard - some boards had a force
100 FSB setting.
