Ati 8500DV Tv Guide Plus Software?

I have an ati 8500dv all in wonder card and wanted to use the guide plus
software with the tv tuner yet my discs for install are for windows 98 and I
am running windows xp, so I went to ati's site and grabbed the two main
files for this card

mmc 9.08 and catylst 5.5, installed them and the card seens to work great
but I can't find the guide plus software on ati's site or within any of the
options in the tv player setup info.

I remember way back when I had this on a win98 machine the guide stuff was
on there, but even when I explore the old discs I can't find any folders or
specific things that say GUIDE or anything that point me to what to load as
an individual item off the old install discs.

What ever happened to Guide Plus does it still work is there anywhere on the
net I can download it, or if its only on my install discs which one is it
and where is it so I can install it...

Lastly are there any replacement type programs that work in place of the
guide plus program?

Also what is UCI? During the install process of the 9.08 mmc - a message
came up that said UCI was not installed on my system...

I searched ati site for uci but no reply what is it?

(brand new install of windows xp pro here 2 hours into new setup just trying
to get the basics like video card etc working).
