Updating BIOS on 6BDU - Hi, I've downloaded the latest patched BIOS for the 6BDU from http://www.ivor.it/chain.html but I can't figure out how to install it... The chaintech website isn't very helpful and hitting alt+f2 when starting up doesn't seem to do anything...? How are....

7NJS BIOS release notes? - Maybe i am missing something but can someone point me to the release notes for the 7NJS BIOS updates? I like this MB but frankly, the http://www.chaintech.com.tw/tw/eng/ website is pretty crumby. Its slow and worst of all, they seem to list BIOS..
