Does this program actually work? And update via the internet?

I've run it loads of times over the months and it never even seem to access
the net because my software firewall doesn't alert me..

I have a GA-7VAXP Ultra F4

It says select BIOS sever but it's all blank .. do I need to do enter a list
of servers somewhere?

I suppose you're referring to @BIOS? I used it to upgrade my BIOS on my
GA-8IRXP, since I couldn't get Q-Flash to read the file from my floppy and
it worked flawlessly. You _must_ have a very stable OS before using this,
as you certainly wouldn't want something to go wrong in the process.

Maybe you should download the latest version and reinstall it?<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

But my system has dual BIOS so if it screws up them shouldn't the 2nd BIOS
kick in?<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

My system has DualBios too, but I'm always skeptical of anything when it
comes to messing with the BIOS (despite that updates usually go well) and
like to be safe...<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->
