I installed new window Xp SP2, at screen show "Press Enter to setup
window or Press C to create partition on the un-partition drive" So
whenever I press the required Key the Blue Screen of Death appear and
show the code [stop : 0x0000008E (0XC000001D, 0XF920A180,0X0000000)
setupdd.sys - Adress F920A180 base at F91C6000, datestamp 41107C8E]. I
use 80GB Harddesk with already partitioned, drive c(20GB), Drive
D(30GB), and Drive E(30GB). After try again and again the problem
solve and window installed but why I face this problem.

what is the problem with my machine.

How ironic that you should "acronymize" the Berkeley Software
Distribution in describing a source of much angst, and dissatisfaction
with what might be viewed as BSD's (and descendants') most hideous rival.

It might have been kinder to point out the more traditional acronym,

Two, BSoD is decidedly, nearly definitively, NOT, "the more traditional
acronym".

To be fair, the fourth entry for a Googling of 'bsod' gives
a description including the charming phrase
"Bastard Sons of Dial-Up", so perhaps BSoD =
Blue Sceen of Death is neither as pervasive nor as
ubiquitous as I thought....
