Looking to put together a new system. I have six ranging from Cel 433, Cel
566, Dual Cel 533's, PIII 1.4, Athlon 1.7 and a Cel 1.8 (notebook). As you
can see, I'm not exactly pushing the envelope performance wise and am not
looking to. What I am looking to do is to replaces my game system (currently
the PIII 1.4) with the best for the money. I'm thinking something in the XP
3000 range (400mhz). Would like sata raid (dual 80gig drives set 0+1) and
dual channel memory (do-able in XP?). Built in 6.1 sound would be nice.
Probably looking at ATI Radeon 9200 or so. Not looking to overclock. Just
looking for a good stable system. As always I look to you in the ng's for
good advice to get me pointed in the right direction......

TIA
