Does anyone know where I can get a replacement CD or at least the auto
start files for the CD Pro CD. My files have become un-readable due to
scratches. Thanks.

It's there but it and the USA site run like frozen molasses. Tried it
and it said it would take 17 hours to download. Only getting 2-6k
bytes per second, whereas other sites can give me 75-180k bytes per
second.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->
