I have had my Olympus Camedia D-450 Zoom digital camara for about 4 or
5 years. Everything was working fine. After I got Windows XP
sometimes when I went to save my pictures as a jpeg file it would take
up to 5 minutes per picture so I would delete everything off my
computer and reinstall it. This would work for awhile then it would
start over again and I'de have to do it all again. This last time I
deleted and tried to reinstall the computer can't find my camara. I
have tried to install the camera from the CD and from inside the
computer. I have tried to access the camera from three diferent
programs but I always get the message "cannot connect with Camara" I
have tried using a different port but that didn't work either. What do

I do next?

I had installed a new back up UPS so I think that is my problem. Your
sight says to inable it but it doesn't say how. I can't find it in
programs to delete. I am using a different power source now so would
like to delete the whole program. Can you help me do this?
