Camera that can be used as webcam needed.

Just want to cover all the bases. If it can be used to capture video
as well that would be great. If that can be done via a USB 2.0 cable
or Firewire and saves the output to a PCs hardrive stead of a memory
stick that is what i want.

Also i want the video to be decent atleast 640by 480. Better would be
great. Also must be good video and be atleast 30fps.

The rest of the camera should be good as well. Want atleast 10 times
zoom and atleast 5mp. Would like the Camera to be idiot proof as
possible as this is my first digital camera

Price is not a concern but cheapist would be nice. Brand is not a
concern either. As long as it does all i want it to.

Thanks all.

Low light in color, 30fps, and reasonable resolution together don't go with
a reasonable price.
The larger resolution cameras tend to work at 15fps, not 30.
