I recently purchased the SY-P4I875P. It looks fairly simple to
install. However, I have a slight problem. In the motherboard
manual, it shows where to plug in the 2-pin ACPI LED cable. However,
my case does not have such a cable. My case has the cables for Power
LED, Reset Button, Speaker, HDD LED, and Power Button, but there is no
cable corresponding to ACPI LED. Do I need to get a new case?

This is the first mobo I have bought based on the Pentium 4. All my
previous systems have been Athlon based.

No you do not need another case, just skip that connector.
