than those from my Panasonic FX7, or my brother's Minolta
(3mp), when compared on a 19" LCD monitor ( difference
cannot be seen on a 2½" LCD ).
Maybe this Casio unit's lense had dirt, but buyers beware :
best if buyers 1st get a SD card, ask a shop to put a photo &
video on this card, then use a card reader & 17 / 19" LCD
monitor to compare sharpness.

I was thinking of getting a Casio but opted for the 7.1MP Pentax M30. I am
not a photo-hobbiest but I am very impressed with it's performance. I take
a lot of indoor shots and usually don't use the flash. I have a tremor in
my hand but most of the shots come out well thanks, I suppose, to the
stabilizer.

Most of my shots are at 2MP as I don't blow them up.

The full flash is very strong...everything in a dark room shows up nicely.

What the Casio has that I would like is the whiteboard feature. I take
shots of newspaper articles with the paper on the table and it's
inconvenient to shoot at a 90 degree angle.
