Catalyst 4.4 for windows 98/Me for real?

I loaded 4.4 on a ME machine by accident (said XP only but I wasn't
paying attention) the same one wouldn't load on 98 though, said
something about improper OS version...or something like that.

LOL! The file turns out to be wme-7-991-040224m-013831c.exe. That's
Catalyst 4.3 to you and me...
