Post subject: Constantine Game requires "Pixel Shading"?

i was planning to get the game "Constantine" for my PC,
i saw that the game requires a video card with "pixel shading".
What is "Pixel Shading" anyway?
I have an Intel 82845G Video Card.
Will it run on my computer?
