I would like to make a backup copy of the XP Home Installation CD, but am
having trouble doing so.
Using both Cute CD DVD Burner and Adensoft Audio/Data CD Burner I am able to
copy the disk under XP SP2, but the copied CD is not bootable (and therefore
of no use as a booting rescue or reinstall disk).
How do I make a bootable copy of this CD?

Thank-you.

I had a similar problem a while ago. I ended up using CloneCD and it worked.
