Hi All, I had to get a new (used) mobo and processor, my old one died.
I now have a Athlon XP 2500+ and a ASUS A7V8X-MX-SE. The mobo DIP
switch settings are set at 100 MHz now and Windows reports that the
processor is a Athlon 1100+ speed processor. I am not interested in
overclocking the system. What should I set the switches to? I read
some earlier posts and determined they needed to be set at 166 MHz. Is
that correct? Thanks if you can help me out. >> Stay informed about: need DIP settings for A7V8X-MX-SE 100, 133, 166 ? |

Just checked my memory and it is PCI 3200 speed if that makes any
difference.
