Perhaps it is for me...I installed one of HP's DLA versions so I could
use "drag&drop" with my DVD Writer on my HP WinXP pc. I like to use
cd-rw and dvd-rw discs for daily data backups and find that it's easier
to just keep the disc in the writer drive all the time. However, I'm
having a problem in which coming out of standby mode, the pc freezes and
I have to reboot. I thought it was related to Zone Alarm and removed it
completely before attempting to re-create the problem. It didn't make a
difference whether or not I had ZA running - the pc still froze when
attempting to come out of standby.
While ZA was uninstalled, I found that <tfswcrtl.exe> (apparently used
by DLA) was using up to 50% of my resources and figured this may be the
problem on coming out of standby.
Am I even in the ballpark?
