Linksys Wireless-B Router and DHCP - Hi, I have a question regarding my Linksys Wireless -B Broadband Router and a DHCP server on my LAN. What I would like to do is to have computers what are wired to my DCHP server via a switch continue to get IP addresses from the DHCP..

DHCP 2 - Well.... after much help from and others, I thought I had my problem fixed, but the reason I thought that is because it works for a while and then it doesn't work. In fact it worked for a whole day. Anyhow I'm that I've tried all cable..

Hidden DHCP? - Switching ethernet networks, we retired a DHCP server and switched to a different network. Two Win 95 computers are still to connect to that server. TCP/IP was set to find a DHCP server, microsoft was disabled and so was TCP/IP,..

DHCP QUESTION - I posted here a few weeks ago on some problems that appear to be with our DHCP. However from info I've read on the net I'm still a little confused and we still have the same problem. So I would like to state and ask the Peer to Peer local RJ45..

Linksys DHCP issue... - All of a sudden the DHCP on my Linksys BEFW11S4 router has quit working. For years I have been using static IP addresses but 2 weeks ago I switched to DSL and the router to assign the addresses due to changing DNS..

A new Dell D505 with Intel Pro/Wireless 2200BG will not connect to my
wireless access point if WEP is enabled. It gets a bogus IP of
169.xxx.xxx.xxx.

If WEP is disabled, it connects right away.

I have another notebook with a Linksys Wireless card that works fine on
the same Access Point with WEP enabled.

I have tried entering the WEP passcode in the Dell/Intel Pro with both
the Alpha-Numeric characters and the HEX characters. The same results:
IP of 169.xxx

Any suggestions?
