A G-force FX5200 was just installed into a Windows 2003 Server. The
drivers where installed and then DirectX 9.0b was install. When running
the DirectX Diagnostic Tool it states that Direct3D Acceleration and AGP
Texture Acceleration are not avaiable. In the notes it says:

The file nv4_disp.dll is not digitally signed, which means that
it has not been tested by Microsoft's Windows Hardware Quality
Labs (WHQL). You may be able to get a WHQL logo'd driver from
the hardware manufacturer.

The latest drivers where downloaded and installed from NVidia, but the
problem remains. What must be done to get both Direct3D Acceleration
and AGP Texture Acceleration to become available?

Have you gone to the Display control panel, under the advanced button theres
a tab called troubleshooting - enabled all acceleration. ITs set to Basic by
default.
