Dear Sir/Madam,
Hello;

I have a P4 2.66 Ghz with supermicro P4SPA+ , when the system is off
and modem is on, if the phone ringing with the first ring, system will
be power on.
I checked all part of BIOS but I didn't find any feature in the BIOS
to disable wake up on modem.
Please help me what should I do?

Yours Sincerely,
Ahmad Reza
