Maximum Celeron in a P4VXASD2+ - Hi.. I currently have a P4VXASD2+ PCB v5.0 motherboard. According to ECS's website. The maximum celron cpu that they have tested with this board is 1.8ghz. I'm just wondering if anyone out there has this board running one of the new faster celron..
Windows 98 48-bit LBA support with VIA or SiS drivers? - Do the Windows 98xx drivers provided by VIA and SiS for their chipsets provide 48-bit LBA support the way the Intel Application Accelerator and Promise drivers do? My BIOSes have 48-bit LBA support.
does k7s5a pro support 160, 200 GB drives? - before I order one from online, will the pro handle these ata100 drive sizes? I'm using the honey x bios. thanks a bunch, thomas
K7S5A Pro & APIC support - I have been running a Duron 1.3 on my K7S5A Pro for quite a while now with no problems. Had what i believe to be the last but one version of the BIOS from ECS. Yesterday i got a Duron 1800 applebred and remembered that the BIOS had been updated to.. |
