Anyone manage to get an email through to chaintech NL ?

all messages to support AT chaintech DOT nl are bouncing and have been for
weeks...over quota

Anyone know an alternative for chaintech Europe?

Their web based support form also refuses to SEND....when you click the
button nothing happens!

It looks like they're reorganizing a bit (the link on their
main website for Europe is in 404 condition).

Is this the support page you're using?
<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.chaintech.com.tw/tw/eng/Support/HowToGetSupport.asp" target="_blank">http://www.chaintech.com.tw/tw/eng/Support/HowToGetSupport.asp</a>

Branch locations (Paris is the only branch listed for Europe):

Yes thats the one and after about half an hour filling it in you click
"send" and nothing happens!

Its a real shambles.

I`ve been trying to contact them now for over 3 weeks.
