Post subject: Entering qflash from POST without permission on gigabyte mainboard

How is it possible that there isn't an option to hide boot menu and
qflash from post on GA-945GCMX-S2?
This way every hog can screw up the BIOS and format the HD without
asking the PC's owner permission first.
