Failing to install a PCI modem on a PA-2013 motherboard un..

I am not reaching to dial out.

There is not yellow question mark under Device Manager.

Have tried IRQ ver 1.3a irq13aw.exe and it did not work.

If anyone knows the solution, I would thank him/her very much.

Felipe,

Try moving the modem to a different PCI slot,
You might have to temporarily move one of your other cards.
Once you find a compatible slot you can replace your original PCI cards
into another position.
