Hello again

I am now trying to set up the sound and have more problems. The Driver
Cd which came with the mobo did not contian the realtek audio driver
so downloaded the 16mb file from the gigabyte website. This driver
does not work even with the hot fix provided on the CD. I get no
devices shown under audio in the control panel: multimedia.

Any ideas how to get the sound working would be greatly appreciated

Richard

Firstly, is the on-board audio enabled in the bios?
Secondly, I would have thought that the nVidia audio drivers would be better
than the Realtek AC97 drivers, but that's just my opinion.
