Hello I got that huge problem that I would really like to fix somehow.
It seems like my ATi TV Wonder won't work with my MSI GeForce 6600GT.
When I got both install on the motherboard it doesn't work. The
computer itself starts and Windows does boot too but there's it doesn't
reconize my 6600GT not even with the driver and it says in device
manager that "this device don't have enough free ressources. Please
free some ressources" It shows a conflict. So i removed my ATI Tv
Wonder and it works perfectly but is there a way I could use my TV
Wonder too? I tried changing PCI slot for the TV Wonder but it didn't
work.

Hope someone can help

Thank you

Look for "assign irq to vga" and anything concerning interrupt (irq)
sharing in your bios settings. Additionally, if your system type is not
installed as an "ACPI" or such in Windows or you disabled all power
management and ACPI in the BIOS, you won't be able to share resources.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->
