Can anyone help explain to me how I would check to see if my graphics
card is set up correctly? I am having trouble displaying 256 colors on
my Apple Studi Display monitor using my Dell Dimension 8100 PC. I can
only see 16 colors. I was advised that it is the pc's graphics card
that determines the number of colors displayed. "If the card's driver
is set up ok (you can use the monitor with a similar spec to the ASD
17...." I am also working on figuring out what ASD 17 is. I installed
a new hard drive and I don't have the Dell ResourceCD which may have
certain drivers.
Thanks!
Rick
