HEEEELP - My CD-Rom drive reboot computer??!?

Hi.
I've problem with my LG 52x cd-rom and P-II 466MHz comp.
Every time when I insert a CD in my CD-rom drive, my computer reboot and
doesn't start until CD is in the CD-Rom drive.

Any solution???!?

Maybe you only have a 90 watt power supply and it's overloaded by the
current for the drive motor?
