Please help.

I've just installed the Win2000Professional. However, system always display
error like "svchost.exe has problem, will be closed by Windows. You need to
restart the program.." After that, all hyperlink on IE cannot function.
I've tried to re-install the Win again many times and has tried to install
the IE6 but all failed.

Please help.

This is indicative of a virus problem.
Run your AV program, or if you do not have one, download and install
AVG ( free ) from
<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.grisoft.com/us/us_dwnl_free.php" target="_blank">http://www.grisoft.com/us/us_dwnl_free.php</a>
Also install a good firewall, the reason for the problem is that you
are installing and setting up your internet connection without a
firewall and MSBlast or a similar virus is attacking your machine
within seconds, the firewall will stop this.
Also you need to go to <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.windowsupdate.com" target="_blank">www.windowsupdate.com</a> and download and install
all available patches.
