Hi
I problem I have with the board is it doesn't want to boot. I swaped
the memory , video card and it still doesn't boot. The problem
everytime the board gets the power it shuts off. I called SOYO and I
was told that the CPU fan is not spinning higher RPM so the board
shuts down to prevent the damage to the CPU. I checked the CPU it
works.
Specs

K7V Dragon Plus , 1800+
256 PNY
G4 TI 4200
WD 40GB

Hold the "insert" key down when attempting to boot. This bypasses the FOC
or "fan off control" in bios. Hit "delete" key to enter bios and disable
the FOC, then reboot. Read your manual for additional information.

Another thing is to make sure your heatsink fan is plugged into FAN1
or maybe CPU FAN. Those are the sockets that have the fan-detect; if
you plug into any other socket, it won't detect any RPMs and shut down
the unit so that the CPU will not overheat.
