Help needed in setting up M3291 SMDC in S2927 Motherboard

Hello,

has anybody these two products working together? I have some problems with
them.

a) I cannot find any firmware for M3291 with S2927 support any more. There
was one some time ago on tyan's ftp-Server but it is not there any more
b) When I switch on the system remotely it is on for about 2 seconds and
then it powers down. After this I have to press power button twice in order
to reboot the system
c) IPMI over LAN very unreliable. Sometimes I have to power down the system
before I get any connection

Any hints to solve this problem? Tyan asked to try a different power supply
and to remove all but 1 cpu and 1 ram-module. I did it but still the same
behaviour.
