IBM Thinkpad, alt. pointing stick head?

I'm wondering if there's alternative replacements for the little head on
the pointing stick? I'd like another color, smooth instead of the little
textured circles or whatever. If possible, I'd like one with less finger
resistance, but I don't know if that's possible.
