AbitEQ gives 3 temperatures: SYS, CPU and PWM. Is PWM
the Northbridge temp? Thanks.

No. The "PWM Temp" sensor is located amid the CPU power supply section. The
"SYS" temp sensor is supposedly not far from the northbridge chip.
