I just noticed that my Intel 945 box says 945+ and that the stepping is D0,
SL9QQ. Intel's versioning documents show the D0 stepping as just having some
bug fixes. Intel's website doesn't mention the 945+ at all. Are there any
performance differences between the C1, SL9QB and the D0, SL9QQ?
