K7S5A Pro V5.0 RTL8201bl chip on board but sis900 driver..

I'm beginning to doubt that I have a sis900 on my system although
I've been networking just fine for 7 months. The board has the
RTL8201bl chip on it, so why isnt it a realtek adapter?

Could it be that SIS and Realtek use the same chips ?
