I have a NVidia Geforce 6600 GT card with a HDTV out. I am using the
dualview
mode.

I can take an WMV file which plays through Windows Media player and
drag it over to my television. I hit VIEW:FULL SCREEN and the
video fills up my television screen. Perfect!!! Here is my dilemma.

When I go back to my monitor to do something, the second I click on
the desktop, my Full Screen WMV file turns into a windowed screen. I
don't want this to happen. I want it to remain full screen.

Does anyone know of a program or trick that would allow to keep in Full

Screen Mode?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thankx.

PS...I am using Windows Media Player 10

Yes, I want to play the movie file full screen on the TV (monitor 2)
and be able to work on the monitor 1 without Windows Media Player (WMP)
going out of FULL SCREEN MODE. Because, at the time that I click on
the desktop of the monitor 1, WMP going out of full screen mode. I
don't know if WMP have a setting to keep FULL SCREEN MODE even if I
click on the desktop.

thanks

Are you saying that you want to have it full screen to stay on the TV
but be able to work on the PC?
That's doable in the driver settings. I was able to do fullscreen to the
TV from my sons PC using GF4-Ti4200. I could even have the movie
minimized in Winamp and still show fullscreen to TV.

Sorry not near the PC now but I know it was a setting to always do video
fullscreen on second device.

There should be an overlay option to make the TV out always full screen - I
used to use this on my 4200 and 5900 when I had a TV attached. Video would
play full screen on the TV, and I could still work on the monitor normally.
Somewhere in the driver advanced settings you'll find the overlay options,
just set it to full screen and you're done Smile
