LANPARTY UT RDX200 CF-DR memory issue

As the subject suggests, I have a Lanparty UT RDX200 CF-DR motherboard.
I also have 4 256 MB DDR400 PC3200 memory modules. I can get 3 of
them to work, but not all 4. I do know for a fact all 4 modules work,
as I have done every combonation possible. Can anyone please help me
with this problem? Thanks.

BTW when I do put all 4 in, the system will not boot, and I get a long
beep that the documentation identifies as a DRAM error.
