Model No: LT500
I/P : 12 VDC, 1.5 A
06 VDC, 1.0 A

S No: 9116000060

Manufacture: Mag Technology Co. Ltd Tiewan

the available LCD cable male connector (26 pin D-shap) is not for
normal VGA 15 Pin D-shape connector, and there is no avilability in
the PC market of setup-up connector or AGP card to compatiable for
that LCD cable connector, so I want to make VGA connector, If you
provide the color coding for VGA cable.

It's not possible. Your monitor's interface is digital. VGA is
analogue.

This is the pinout for the monitor (Open LDI) end of the cable:
