Hello all

I would need your advise/comments on my little problem here.

I bought a Viewsonic VG700 LCD monitor 2 days ago... and it has a
major display problem. Ill try to explain:

Just right of the middle of the screen, there is an inch and a half
wide paler bar that goes from top to bottom of the screen. Its a bit
like 50 trinitron monitor lines placed side by side...

This distortion is only visible when displaying some colors... like on
gray 127,127,127 its very visible... its not visible on total: white,
red, green, blue, black.

Any help would be GRATELY appreciated!
thanks
